The chords of the song were originally: F A Dm Gm 

I decided to transpose it to: D# G G# Fm

Because the key for the original chords were too high for me to sing, which is why I decided to lower it.

The last line used to say,

 "I'm sorry to be sappy but you're digging a whole inside my heart."

I thought it sounded a little too cheesy. I didn't like the word 'sappy' its like an immature word, almost slang. Due to the gravity of the song, i wanted something with more weight. I didn't want to make it too flippant. It made it awkward, so I changed it to 

"It's not your fault, I just need to move on."
