Pre - Production (Brainstorm)

 

To begin this course, I made a brainstorm regarding all the ideas I had with this musical component. I'm planning on producing my own song for this project, so I included some of the artists' names that I might want to take inspiration from.

After this, I started planning a concept i wanted to introduce in the song, I did this in a presentation format: 

The following 3 songs are my main inspirations, in terms of music style and artists. I also annotated the lyrics for each, to understand the message behind them and get an idea about my own song topic.

Conveniently, these three artists have instagram pages that they use to promote their "tours" in. I thought I could maybe use this as inspiration / as a basis for how I could make the digipack cover designs. 

I could also take notes on how they promote their songs on social media, since it's one of the aspects in this component
